lane 1 · AI Competence

Mandatory since February 2025.
Done in one day.

If your business uses AI tools, Art. 4 EU AI Act requires you to ensure sufficient AI literacy among your staff. No certificate is mandated, but demonstrable measures are.

What it's about

If someone in your office drafts quotes with ChatGPT, summarises tenders or produces translations, you're using AI. That means Art. 4 applies: you must make sure your people know what they're doing, and can prove it if asked. What "sufficient" means depends on your business. That's why we build it around your actual tasks, not slides.

The AI Competence Day

Morning: fundamentals, opportunities & limits using examples from your industry
Data protection, liability & approval
Afternoon: three tasks from your daily work, tried live and assessed
Within 5 business days: AI ground rules, attendance confirmations & tool register
Who it's for
Businesses with 10 to 250 employees already using AI tools – officially or on their own phones.
Time commitment
1 day on site, 30 minutes of prep with management.

What you'll have afterwards

Your AI ground rules on two pages · attendance confirmations for everyone · a register of which tools are used with which data · a recommendation for when to update it.

What the day isn't

Not legal advice. Not a certification – there is no legal one. Not a sales pitch for software.

Honestly

Regulators aren't knocking on your door tomorrow. But the day is worth it regardless: most businesses walk away with two or three concrete time-savers – and know for the first time what they're allowed to do with their data.

Your team safe, your proof done.
