Hello, I am Sabrina.
After many years in leadership and project management roles in the hospitality industry, I founded equilane. I have opened and closed hotels, run refurbishments and built hybrid teams — and saw again and again how much energy is lost in unclear workflows.
Today I combine that operational experience with a Master's in Business Psychology and up-to-date AI expertise. I work analytically, in a structured way and close to practice — and I communicate clearly, directly and as an equal. For me, AI is not a short-term project but a process of learning and development that I go through together with you.
