All services have a fixed price. lane 1 starts at €3,900, lane 2 at €28,000 (Phase I standalone €6,500), lane 3 costs €1,900 per month, and the solo lane is €4,500 – all net. lane 1 and Phase I are credited towards lane 2. The exact amount is set in the proposal after the intro call and doesn't change after that. Consulting grants may be available for businesses; we check that before the engagement.

You always see where things stand and what's been measured, and work directly on your parts. You get the results as documents – no software for you to maintain.

Yes. lane 1 is credited in full towards a lane 2 engagement within 90 days, and at half value after that. Phase I is always credited in full. Your cockpit mandate carries on – you don't start from zero.

Usually not. Phase I of lane 2 is the better entry point: two weeks in which we look at what's actually happening in your area and measure where time gets stuck – without a single tool. Processes come first.
