solo lane · For solo professionals

One head.
One system.

You do everything yourself, and everything hinges on you. The solo lane gives your business an operating system in eight weeks — one that holds up when you're not there. In a group, following the equilane method, with clear before/after measurements.

The starting point

Everything in your head. Nothing in a system.

Quotes get written from scratch every time. You know your numbers roughly. You make decisions alone – three times in a row, with the same opinion. That's not a lack of discipline. It's how a business is built when its entire knowledge lives in a single storage location: you.

Even a one-person business stands on the triangle: people, processes, technology. Except all three sides are you. If one tips, you carry it.

What changes

Less in your head. More in your hands.

After eight weeks, numbers, quotes, clients and decisions live in one place. Your workflows are documented. Your assistants prep the routine work. And you have what solo professionals need most: a second opinion.

Memory instead of memories

Your business knows what happened. Not just you.

Workflows instead of workarounds

Six processes on one page each, simple enough to run without you.

Assistants instead of task piles

Five helpers with a clear brief and clear limits. You decide. The system remembers.

Whether it works isn't a belief. You measure it: one week before the start, one in week 7. Your number lives in between.

Eight weeks, one path

The lane first, then the speed.

Tuesdays at noon, 90 minutes live. In between, one assignment per week, two to three hours, with ready-made templates.

1
Understand & measure
Time log, your map
2
Evaluate & prioritise
Score, two focus processes, target picture
3
Fix & set rules
Six process cards, your AI ground rules
4
Automate & find rhythm
Five assistants, your weekly rhythm
5
Anchor & develop
Second measurement, your operations handbook, next stage

Tools show up in week 6. Not sooner. Buying tools first means building on workflows that aren't simple yet.

Why in a group

Eight to twelve businesses. Eight to twelve perspectives.

The challenge of being solo is the missing second opinion. In the group you see eight to twelve other systems taking shape, hear what others do differently, and notice which of your habits are just habit. No 1:1 coaching delivers that. And it costs a third.

Plus two personal sessions with Sabrina Lode: in week 2 for your priorities, in week 6 for your assistants. Eight to twelve participants. Deliberately no more, so the exchange stays real.

Your result

Impact that lasts.

Your operating system with a complete template set
Six process cards
Five set-up assistants with a brief, a source and a limit
Your AI ground rules, also your proof under Art. 4 EU AI Act
Your operations handbook
Your weekly rhythm as calendar events
Your before/after number
The solo-lane cockpit, which stays on your own computer
Who it's for

For anyone who already has something to put in order.

Solo professionals and small businesses of up to 3 people, active in the market for at least six months, with first enquiries or orders behind them – consulting, planning, agency, trades, services, etc. Whether you make €60,000 or €500,000 is secondary.

Not for you

If you're still before your first client – then your topic is offer and sales, not an operating system.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Do I need to already know the tools?

No. Template, guide and video are ready – we set it up together in week 2.

Which AI?

We work with Claude Projects. The principle – brief, source, limit, checkpoint – transfers to any tool.

What if I miss a session?

Recording the next morning, questions in the group space. You can miss two sessions without losing the thread.

What about my client data?

Stays with you. The cockpit runs on your own computer, cases are discussed anonymously, and week 5 clarifies which data may go into which tool.

Is 1:1 available too?

Yes, as 1:1 coaching for €9,500. We recommend the group.

Does Art. 4 EU AI Act apply to me too?

Yes, as soon as you use AI tools. Your ground rules and register are the proof.
